This fingerling is truly a classic, maturing in about 80-90 days! Its slender shape and rose-colored skin make it. not only delicious, but also quite attractive. It bears distinct eyes as well as smooth & firm yellow flesh that is great when used as a flavored puree to thicken soups, sauces and gravies. It also makes a wonderful roasting potato!

Fingerling potatoes

None so far

Tried these for the first time and are using grow bags.
You can almost watch them grow - the foliage is thick and growing so fast that I have to mound every 3 days as they grow about an inch to 1 1/2 inch per day!!
I am looking forward to harvesting them and expect that there will be an abundant crop.
