This fingerling is truly a classic, maturing in about 80-90 days! Its slender shape and rose-colored skin make it. not only delicious, but also quite attractive. It bears distinct eyes as well as smooth & firm yellow flesh that is great when used as a flavored puree to thicken soups, sauces and gravies. It also makes a wonderful roasting potato!
