*SHIPPING UPDATE* - We're STILL shipping and you'll receive your order in time to plant yet this season! If you can dig a hole, you can still plant a bulb regardless of the climate or temperature outside. Our team is working extremely hard to process and ship all orders current and new. Please be mindful that some are slightly slower to ship due to supplier transit delays, but, we're working diligently to do everything we can to guarantee that your order will ship out as soon as possible. Once your order leaves our facility you will receive an email with tracking information. We appreciate your patience and thank you for your business and continued support!

Shipping Carriers & Timeline
We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All orders ship out based on the shipping schedules displayed below by season and zone. We strive to ship all orders complete as soon as possible. Once orders leave our facility, they will typically take about 3-5 business days in transit for you to receive them. Upon shipment, we will email you a tracking number for you to monitor the status while in transit.
*Note: At this time, we are no longer shipping orders to HI or AK.
Holiday Shipping Schedule
**Guaranteed delivery by Christmas for ALL Amaryllis ends on December 5th. We will do our best to have orders placed after this date arrive in time, but it is not guaranteed. Due to potential delays with shipping carriers around the holidays, we suggest getting your order in as soon as possible.**

We begin shipping Spring pre-orders beginning in mid-March, and we ship based on the best time to plant in your zone. Once our warehouse has fulfilled all pre-orders, we begin shipping current orders within a 7-10 business day turnaround time. If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than listed above, please contact customer service at 1-800-689-2852; we are happy to accommodate such requests whenever possible.
Once pre-orders begin shipping in mid-March, we will no longer be able to accept any early shipment requests.
**We cannot guarantee the shipment of spring bulbs before March 17th, with exception of Begonias.

Once our products are received from Holland and our warehouse is reset for the Fall shipping season (approximately mid-September), we begin shipping Fall pre-orders. All pre-orders will ship complete in the order they were placed, prioritizing colder climates first. Once our warehouse has fulfilled all pre-orders, we begin shipping current orders within a 7-10 business day turnaround time. Indoor growing items (such as amaryllis) begin shipping in early November. If you need your bulbs shipped earlier or later than listed above, please contact customer service at 1-800-689-2852; we are happy to accommodate such requests whenever possible.
Once pre-orders begin shipping in mid-September, we will no longer be able to accept any early shipment requests.
*We cannot guarantee the shipment of fall bulbs before September 18th with exception to Bearded Iris.
**All Fall orders containing bulbs AND late-harvest perennials will ship together when the order is complete.
Weather Advisory
Extreme cold may cause damage to some products. In the event of extreme cold, we may include a heating packet with the product to keep it from freezing. If necessary, we may also delay shipment until it is safe to ship the products. Please be aware of extreme weather conditions when ordering and understand that it may impact the timeframe in which your order is shipped.
Shipping Potted Plants & Plugs
Our potted plants and plugs will ship separately from any flower bulbs or other products you may have ordered; this is to ensure they arrive in good condition. We aim to deliver your plants to you at the optimal time for transplanting. If temperatures are too hot or too cold, the shipment may be delayed until conditions are more suitable. As these are actively growing, the ship date will vary based on the specific plants in your order and their growth rate. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate ship date requests due to their individual growth rates and availability.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit cards when ordering over the phone or online from our website. We also accept PayPal for online orders only. All customers must provide us with valid credit card information including billing name and address, type of credit card, card number and expiration date. We do also accept personal checks for orders placed by phone.

Shipping Charges
Shipping costs are determined according to your order subtotal prior to tax. This does not reflect special shipping promotions.
**Please note: Any order which has already been processed by our warehouse which requires cancellation or shipping address correction as a result of customer error will be subject to a $10.00 processing/re-stocking fee. Please double-check the shipping information you have entered to avoid the possibility of this charge.
