Looking for a somewhat unique flower to plant in your garden? The Peacock Orchid is a great choice! The blooms are white with a crimson star center. These delicate flowers are similar to those of an orchid and emit a fragrance as beautiful as the blooms themselves! This flower is very much at home in a garden, but also looks amazing when added to cut flower arrangements! In cooler climates where they are not hardy, Peacock Orchids can be planted in containers.
These have the most wonderful smell . you will want as many as you can plant.
This unusual gladiolus is a great addition to my rock garden. The sword-like foliage provides a nice contrast to low growing succulents. They are starting to bloom now in my zone 9b. All bulbs sprouted first year and are in full sun. Good quality and elegant addition.
I purchased several of these and they grew super quick! Within a month most we’re already about 12” tall. I haven’t seen any flowering yet but I’m sure they’ll do great! Out of all the packs that came in there were only 4 bulbs I had to toss because they were mushy feeling. Overall I’m happy with my purchase!
I got these from a different company who told me they were hardy in my zone (5b) so i did not lift them in the fall. I recently learned from this site that what i was told was inaccurate and now I'm so sad i wont have them again this year :(
Like a petite glad....very fine. Pending blooms but very fast growing.
