Red Acre Cabbage is an heirloom variety that produces red/purple heads that are very compact, requiring less room in the garden than a traditional green variety.  This variety is also resistant to splitting with heads reaching 7" and an average of 3 pounds each.  Red Acre is great raw, sauteed, broiled or added into soups.  This variety also has better storage capabilities than other varieties of cabbage.

Snow Crown Cauliflower is one of the easiest early varieties available!  Snow Crown grows quickly forming crowns that reach 7-8" across and weighing 1-2 pounds per head.  This sweet, mild tasting cauliflower stays in prime eating condition for up to 10 days in the garden.

Golden Self Blanching Celery is a tried and true variety originating in Europe.  The stalks are thick and sturdy and blanch easily.  Golden Self Blanching Celery is a dwarf variety and doesn't have the bitterness or strings that come with a standard size crop.  This variety is great just for snacking or can be used in soups or stews.

Georgia Collards are exceptionally hardy and will thrive in heat and poor soil.  This variety can also tolerate and will improve in flavor after a light frost.  Georgia Collards produce tender, juicy greens with a cabbage-like flavor.  Collards are very versatile and can be used in many culinary dishes.  They are sturdy enough to use as a wrap, can be mixed in soups or stir fry or just sauteed or boiled.  

Silver Queen Corn is a mid to late growing variety with sweet, white kernels.  Each ear is packed with 14-16 rows of sweet corn, ready to enjoy during a Summer barbeque!  Silver Queen corn is not only great to enjoy at harvest but also freezes very well for future use.  

American Flag Leek, also known as Scotch Flag, is a hardy variety related to the onion.  This variety produces large green leaves with white stems and yellow hearts.  Stems can grow up to 15" long and 2-3" in diameter.  The mild onion flavor is a perfect addition to soups, stews and salads.

The Florida Broadleaf Mustard is very vigorous and quickly produces large quantities of broadleaf mustard greens.  The leaves have a very mild flavor and can be harvested early to enjoy in a mixed green salad or can be steamed, boiled or braised when left to mature.  Highly versatile and very high in nutrients, the Florida Broadleaf Mustard is a must-have in your vegetable garden!

Rainbow Blend Carrots are pretty and tasty, too! The blend of varieties is a pleasure for the palette, and the assorted colors are also fun for younger eaters.
