Little Finger Carrots are one of the most prolific varieties available.  Fast growing, Little Finger Carrots are the perfect size for canning reaching only 3-6".  The deep orange color and sweet flavor makes this variety great for snacking!  This Nantes type does well sown right into the garden but can also be grown in containers.  

The Beefsteak Tomato is a delicious, ribbed fruit on vigorous vines. This variety is great for slicing on sandwiches or relish trays. A favorite and popular variety. Indeterminate plant will grow best if given support. Garden Tip: "Maturing time" means the time elapsed after you transplant healthy plants into the garden to the time you harvest ripe fruit. This number will vary by a couple of days depending on where you live and the weather.

Red Cherry Large produces in abundant clusters of firm, round cherry tomatoes that are about 1¼" in diameter. Vigorous vines produce all season long and are prolific bearers. This is an indeterminate plant. Perfect for salads and kebabs. Garden Tip: Grow on a trellis for easy picking.

Roma is the classic Italian tomato. Big crops of bright scarlet, plum-shaped fruits, meaty with few seeds. Best choice for paste, canning and sauce. This is an easy to grow plant this is determinate. Garden Tip: Never prune determinate tomatoes. You could severely limit fruit production because the fruits are borne only on the ends of branches.

Grown since the late 1880's, Yellow Pear is an indeterminate heirloom variety with an abundance of small, pear-shaped, sweet fruit. Colorful in salads and excellent for preserves. Waltham Butternut is one of the most popular varieties of squash. Very uniform 8-10" fruits have thick, cylindrical necks and a very small seed cavity.
