The succulent, mild flavor of Curled Siberian Kale is a wonderful addition to salads and stir fries. It maintains its wonderful quality in the garden long after most over wintered kales bolt. The Golden Detroit Beet isn't only a savory root vegetable, but also offers greens that have a mild, great flavor.  The bright golden orange adds a great sweet flavor and color to salads or any meal.  The greens also have a mild, sweet flavor that can be added to a green salad or sauteed as a side dish.  Beets are easy to grow and are perfect for colder climates as they are very cold hardy and tolerates near freezing temperatures.  

Pak Choi, or Chinese Cabbage, is grown for it's stems rather than the leaves and is used mainly in Asian cuisine.  Pak Choi has a mild flavor and crunchy texture making it perfect in a wide variety of dishes.  The stalks reach 8-10" and are better grown in moist but well drained soil.  

Stonehead cabbage is one of the easiest varieties to grow and is resistant to disease and splitting.  Each head reaches and average of 4-6 pounds each and has great holding ability making this variety great for multiple harvests.  Cabbage is frost tolerant and produces more flavorful crop when planted in cooler temperatures.
