Hens & Chicks are one of the most popular hardy succulents. The foliage can come in a variety of colors including burgundy, green and blue/green. The leaves form a large rosette, the "hen" which will sprout smaller rosettes "chicks." The chicks can be divided very easily and planted elsewhere. Hens & Chicks are very heat tolerant and do well in drought conditions. A perfect addition to your rock garden or as an interest specimen in a container.
