The Lumina Pumpkin is a vigorous vining variety producing large pumpkins perfect for painting and carving. The very attractive exterior color is snowy white with a shiny finish and the fine-grained flesh is a pretty contrasting bright orange. They vary in size and come in very uniform globe to flattened globe shapes.
Garden Tip: Seeds do not germinate in cold, wet soil. For the best crop, water equivalent to 1" of rainfall weekly. Deep soakings are better than light sprinklings. Place straw under pumpkins as they develop.
