Here is my advice; buy early, dig deep, plant early with bulb food and some blood/ bone meal (helps keep critters away) and sprinkle some old pungent spices you don't want around the top (throws the bunnies off). Then, sit back and wait.



All 10 of these beauties emerged, strong upright stems and the best butter yellow color you don't normally find in tulips. I have scoured many websites and never found anything like Sunny Prince, and for it to come with a plant/ bulb this healthy is a blessing. With all the corona stress going on, walking into the yard and looking at these, or peeking out the kitchen window at dusk and catching a glimpse of these is like catching 10 points of light, gently gleaming, like hope.

The flowers are always good quality. Will be buying more.

Made for strong flowers, more of a bright yellow color than butter. I was short one bulb in one batch but they still bring a smile. I’m rehoming them due to the color not being as pictured.

These plants want to grow and they want to grow well. Planted them with lots of compost and they are thriving! Looking forward to the blooms!
