First year buying a poeny , but wjen it arrived, it was very fresh and arrived without and damaged. Has been in the pot for a little over a month, so wish me luck. This root sent up about 7 stalks in the first year. No blooms in the first year.

I planted in JAN, and I had a bloom in May ( a small one, but I always heard it takes a year or 2 with peony).
