I planted 4 bulbs, 4" apart in this section of my greenhouse border, mid November and the first 2 weeks we had 30 degree weather and the following 2 weeks were in the 50's (Zone 7a). It's been a month since planting and they are growing (already 6 in above ground :). We will see how they hold up this winter and how they do in the spring. I'm very excited though. All of the bulbs (200 different varieties purchased) arrived in healthy condition.
