I love the clematis, I'm looking forward to the flower of this one.

first year but it is growing

It arrived healthy! It has been planted and is now starting to grow well, exceeding my expectations!

When this arrived, it had a good two inches of growth, but was bone dry, and had several brown, crunchy leaves when I got it. I soaked the root, and the rest of the leaves quickly wilted and dried out, so I wasn't holding my breath when I planted it. But it's surprised me by bouncing right back as if nothing happened. It seemed totally unphased by some late-season snow and freezing temps, and has several new leaves. I expect I won't get any blooms this year, but I'm also not worried it won't thrive where I have it.

Shipped fast, started growing right away. Make sure to mulch roots well.
