I wanted a winter classic for the holidays, and that's what I got. The amaryllis was already sprouting in the box when I got it, which I'd pretty much expected, since I ordered it rather late. Also, it already had a little offset sprouting. I was able to hydrate the compacted potting mix disc with much less mess than I thought I would make, so that was good. It grew quickly and bloomed at Christmas-time. I enjoyed it, and thought the flowers added a festive touch to the house. I consider the offset a bonus, since it didn't hinder the flowering of the main bulb.

Purchased a Red Lion Amaryllis for my Mom’s birthday. She took it home and it started to bloom almost immediately. She was so happy. Thank you guys so much. I’m definitely going to order more from you.
