Everyone is raving about the deep, sultry purple - almost black - blooms of the Raven Cranesbill (Geranium)! This hardy geranium has a mound forming habit, and matures at 2' tall and 2' wide. Once Raven starts showing the majestic large purple blooms in early summer, it continues blooming through late summer!

This hardy cranesbill has so many benefits: a long bloom time, it's deer resistant, tolerates poor soils, and attracts butterflies and bees! The 1" diameter blooms are deep purple with shades of red, blue, black, and white appearing. Raven is a must-have perennial for your garden; it's easy to grow and blooms a long time!

This plant arrived with healthy roots (2024). It grew to about 5" height, but did not bloom. I am hoping for it to return in 2025 and bloom!

I bought 2 and planted them in pots. Both are healthy and growing but too young to be blooming.

I'm looking forward to seeing these weave throughout some bright yellow zinnias this spring. I ordered 3 roots, and all developed leaves quickly after planting.

My bareroot plants started showing a couple leaves after a couple weeks. So far so good. Looking forward to a big healthy plant - the hopefully the deer will not eat.
