Niobe Clematis is able to be grown from North Dakota to New Mexico making it a winner all around! The large 6-8" diameter blooms of deep, velvety red will knock your socks off in June and July. For the best growth and blooms place in an area with full sun.
*Will come pre-potted with active growth for a head start this season*
When pruning your Niobe Clematis do so just before the growth begins in spring or late winter. Prune the entire vine back to about 12" above the ground, making sure to leave several strong buds intact.
Pruning Group B. Prune out weak/broken stems in late Winter/early Spring.
