The Energy Mix Homemade Tea Herbs Kit Contains the following herbs:

Lemon Balm- Lemon Balm is used to calm nerves, improve sleep, and soothe an upset stomach. It is thought that the volatile oils in lemon balm contain chemicals that relax muscles in the bladder, stomach, and uterus, thereby relieving cramps, gas and nausea. This lemony flavored herb is fresh tasting and good for you!

Chamomile Chamomile tea leaves this tea with its mild sedative effects is treasured for its ability to relieve insomnia and encourage a good night’s sleep.

Tea Thyme Getting all the vitamins your body needs every day can be challenging. Luckily, thyme is packed with vitamin C and is also a good source of vitamin A. If you feel a cold coming, thyme can help you get back in good health. Another health benefit of thyme is that it is a good source of copper, fiber, iron and manganese.
